If you feel DreamBody is for you, you have two options.

Option 1. Evergreen
(Standard Program, annually replenishing at no additional cost)

1. Physique Fundamentals — my distilled, 13-lesson video and text curriculum sequenced in the specific order to give you the most logical, gentle, and effective roadmap for bodybuilding.
2. DreamBodybuilding Workout Calendar — my signature, trademark, 9+ phase bodybuilding program. The smartphone app that hosts this program saves each piece of data you upload, enabling on-demand, at-a-glance tracking of your progress now … and in the future.
3. Workout Concierge — my expert feedback on your workout intensity, my recommendations regarding your selected weights, my personalized suggestions on how to customize your workout calendar (if necessary), and my customized evaluation and critique of your workout form and pace, on up to 12 videos you submit, annually. (Why 12? It’s twice the highest number of videos I’ve ever received from a client in a 1 year period). Remember, you must ask for my feedback in each circumstance.
(To preserve the quality of service I offer to all clients and to prevent abuse of the Workout Concierge service, I reserve the right to place a reasonable monthly cap on the customized feedback I offer. If you think you’ll need more than 15 minutes of customized help from me each month, in perpetuity, I’ll likely suggest you invest in additional assistance from me.)
These three standard features outlined above are yours for as long as DreamBody School is in existence.
The annually recurring value of these three combined features is $2,000.
Over the course of 7 years, that’s a $14,000 value. (That’s very roughly 2 months’ salary.)
As DeBeers, the diamond company, once put it: “How else can you make 2 months’ salary last forever?”
In DreamBody’s case, how else can you make 2 months’ income … Evergreen?

Option 2. All-Access

In addition to the three ongoing, annually refreshing features of Evergreen, detailed above, you will also unlock the following three features, which renew on a monthly basis.
4. I view your ongoing series of progress photos and measurements.
5. I prescribe your customized macronutrient and calorie levels, based on your photos and measurements.
6. If you need help building a habit to support my nutrition prescriptions, I will help you build that habit in one of three ways. I’ll refer you to the lesson in Physique Fundamentals that addresses your exact issue, or I will answer your question individually, or I may do both, depending on the circumstance.
Plus, in All-Access, I guarantee you a positive change of 10 or more pounds of body composition in one year, or less. To remain qualified for this guarantee, you must maintain the four behavioral commitments specified earlier, and remain enrolled in Nutrition Prescription, for the entirety of your first year.
When it comes to investing in an expert’s help, you get what you pay for. Top therapists charge $300+ per hour. Top lawyers bill $400, $500, or $600 — an hour. Nutrition Prescription with me is an investment of $350 … not per hour, but per month.

“When happens once I enroll?”
I’ll send you a welcome/thank you, along with a Client Contract, and Liability Waiver.
The waiver is standard for the fitness industry; absolving me of liability if you get hurt.
The Client Contract contains an abbreviated version of the terms and conditions presented on this page.
You will not be able to proceed in DreamBody until you’ve signed and returned both documents.

“When does DreamBody kick off?”
Provided you’ve returned your contract and waiver, I will provide you with access to your DreamBodybuilding Workout Calendar on the afternoon of April 9. That way, you can study your workouts over the weekend, if you’d like.
Your workout calendar formally begins Monday, April 12, 2021.
From there, you can send your Workout Concierge questions any time, day or night, and I’ll be checking and answering them each business weekday.
Approximately the first half of Physique Fundamentals will be unlocked for you on Monday, April 12.
The rest of Physique Fundamentals will be accessible ~ three weeks later … once your refund window has expired. (See immediately below for info on refund window.)
“What if I invest in DreamBody, but it doesn’t meet my expectations?”
This brings me to a second guarantee I make. And, it applies for both Evergreen and All-Access.

I want to make sure you’re ready for All-Access, before enrolling you in it. So, I’m asking you to enroll in Evergreen, first, so that I can see your compliance with daily food logging and workouts. Then, in your fourth week, we’ll have a conversation about whether All-Access is the right fit for you.
If we agree it’s a good fit, you can commence your monthly investment in Nutrition Prescription at that point, officially upgrading to All-Access, and officially unlocking your 10+ Pound Results Guarantee. I’ll charge you a pro-rated fee for the final week of your first month, then, we’ll move forward on a monthly basis.
You’re welcome to discontinue Nutrition Prescription at any time, at your discretion. However, if you want to maintain the Results Guarantee, you must remain enrolled in Nutrition Prescription / All-Access consecutively for the following 11 months.

“How is All-Access different than Evergreen?”
In DreamBody Evergreen, you use the guidelines I give you in Physique Fundamentals to come up with your own nutrition prescriptions. You will then evaluate your own progress photos and measurements as you go, and based off of what you’re seeing, you’ll tweak your numbers — or maintain them — to keep getting more results.
DreamBody Evergreen can be compared to bumper guards, in a bowling analogy. Evergreen will ensure you get you from “here,” to “there,” and it will prevent you from rolling into the gutter.
Nutrition Prescription can be compared to having private bowling lessons, in addition to the bumper guards. You will still wiggle from left to right at first, but you’ll close in those gaps in your experience and your knowledge faster, than if you just relied on using the bumper guards to teach you.
Bowling Analogy
Evergreen = Bumper guards.
Nutrition Prescription = Private bowling lessons.
All-Access = The bumper guards, plus the bowling lessons.

“What else do I need to know about Nutrition Prescription?”
It is not an accountability service. It is strictly an additional series of resources.
Nutrition Prescription is about me writing you a prescription, amending that prescription as necessary based on my evaluation of your photos and measurements, and answering any questions you may have about building nutrition or lifestyle habits.
Here is something very important to consider about Nutrition Prescription. If you want the 10+ Pound Results Guarantee, you are committing to the 4 behaviors. If you do not maintain all of those commitments, you will lose your eligibility for the the guarantee.
I want you to succeed. I value transparency. I will give you a heads-up if you’re in danger of falling below the necessary thresholds on your 4 behaviors.
“Should I choose Evergreen or All-Access?”
Fortunately, you don’t need to decide right now, since you need to enroll first in Evergreen. When it comes to deciding whether to go with Evergreen, or to add Nutrition Prescription and go with All-Access, it’s about what your preferred learning style is, and which option feels like it’s going to bring you more power, joy, and safety. There is no “right” answer, there is only the right answer for you, right now.
Let’s treat each other well.
My professional style is inspired by the Golden Rule. I treat my clients how I want to be treated. I ask my clients to do the same.
I understand that some people aren’t comfortable with this. They feel the customer is always right. If you feel this way, please don’t enroll in DreamBody.
If you enroll in All-Access, you do so understanding that you, and I, have the right to discontinue our Nutrition Prescription work together at any time, for any reason. In this event, you would not incur any additional monthly charges for All-Access. However, your enrollment/access to Evergreen would typically not be affected.
Historically, the trickiest territory — for the client, and for me — has been when I’ve tried to hold my client accountable to behavior/s they’d agreed to. Some people are really motivated upfront, but lose that motivation as time passes, and don’t appreciate being reminded of the initial goals they set for themselves. This has set the stage for uncomfortable conversations with perhaps 10-15% of my client population.
Reducing the potential for friction was one of the primary reasons I decided to remove accountability from DreamBody.
However, there is still a behavioral-tracking component to DreamBody All-Access.
I forecast the most contention-prone aspect of All-Access to be the following situation. A client hasn’t fully considered the consistency required to earn their desired results. This client does not uphold their four behavioral commitments. This client, upon hearing from me that they are no longer entitled to the 10+ Pound Results Guarantee, becomes upset, and reacts by directing their anger towards me.
To protect myself from this scenario, and others akin to it, I reserve the right to discontinue a client’s enrollment in DreamBody entirely, at my discretion. Whether or not a pro-rated refund would be issued will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Out of 250+ clients since 2011, I can recall halting my work with only two clients. There’s likely a third instance I’m forgetting about. That’s 1% of my client population. When deciding whether or not to enroll in DreamBody, I trust you to make a wise and thoughtful decision, based on the entirety of the information I’ve provided on this page.
One more thing for All-Access … (“Big. Huge!”)
Earlier on this page, we outlined that All-Access requires an investment in Evergreen ($2999, once) + Nutrition Prescription ($350/month, discontinue at any time).
But, let’s make this easier for you.
